Lupini Bean Tahini Dressing

Make a jar of this for the week and you’ll have a hearty dressing for all of your salads.


Creamy, zingy, and full of protein. This sauce is so good you'll want to put it on everything. We recommend using it as a salad dressing, drizzling it onto avocado toast, or using it as a dip with veggies.

 

Time: 10 min.

Servings: 4

Ingredients:

  • 1 – 5.3 oz package Brami Garlic & Rosemary Lupini Beans
  • ½ cup tahini
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup water, plus more as needed
  • 4 garlic clove, pressed
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp dill weed

 

Instructions:

  1. In a food processor combine the beans until smooth.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and process until it is completely smooth.
  3. If you prefer it to be thinner then add water one tablespoon at a time. Enjoy!
