Wild Arugula

  • 150g BRAMI Garlic & Rosemary Lupini Beans
  • 4 cups wild arugula
  • 3/4 cup halved cherry tomatoes
  • 1/3 cup pine nuts
  • 1/2 red onion or 1 onion shallot
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp fresh lemon juice (about a 1/2 lemon)
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  • Place the arugula and BRAMI in a mixing bowl.
  • Dice the onion (or shallot) and halve the tomatoes. Add both to bowl.
  • Add the olive oil, lemon juice, pine nuts and spices to taste.
  • Mix and enjoy!
