Vegan Quesadilla

Avocado + BRAMI Lupini Hummus = Vegan Cheese!

Servings: 2 (1 quesadilla)


  • 3 Spoonfuls of BRAMI Lupini Hummus, Original Recipe or Calabrian Pepper for spicy lovers!
  • 1 Avocado (small)
  • 2 Tortillas
  • Olive oil to taste
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  • Mash avocado in small bowl
  • Add BRAMI Lupini Hummus and mix
  • Add olive oil, salt and pepper to taste
  • Heat olive oil on small pan and add tortilla when pan is hot
  • Cook for ~1 min, then carefully spread the avocado hummus mixture using a spatula to hold the tortilla in place (or remove momentarily from the griddle to apply)
  • Add second tortilla on top and flip. Cook until both quesadilla sides are golden
  • Slice quesadilla in half vertically and horizontally to create 4 pieces and enjoy!
