BRAMI & Broccoli Stir-Fry

Ingredients:

  • 150g BRAMI Garlic & Rosemary Lupini Beans (or other BRAMI flavor)
  • 1 cup broccoli
  • 3 cups mushrooms (cremino/portabello or white)
  • 1/3 cup cashews
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp vegetable broth
  • 1 1/2 tbsp liquid aminos (or soy sauce)
  • Black and red pepper to taste

Instructions:

  • Wash and chop the broccoli.
  • Wash and slice the mushrooms if necessary.
  • Peel and dice the garlic.
  • Saute the garlic in olive oil in a spaghetti-sized pot for 1-2 minutes.
  • Add the broth and liquid aminos and bring to simmer.
  • Add the BRAMI, mushrooms, broccoli, and cashews. Cook for 5-7 minutes.
  • Add black and red pepper to taste.
  • Enjoy!
