Deviled Eggs Filled with Lupini Hummus

  • 6 eggs
  • 4 tbsp BRAMI Lupini Hummus (Mediterranean Olive or Calabrian Pepper are our favorites)
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp whole grain mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Smoked paprika for garnish



  • Place eggs in saucepan, fill with water, and heat on high until water begins to boil, then cover, turn the heat to low, and cook for 1 minute. Remove from heat and leave covered for 14 minutes, then rinse under cold water continuously for 1 minute
  • Gently crack egg shells and slice eggs in half lengthwise
  • Remove yolks to medium bowl, placing whites on serving platter
  • Add mayonnaise, lupini hummus, mustard, salt and pepper to yolk bowl and mix well
  • Evenly disperse spoonfuls of yolk mixture into egg whites
  • Garnish with paprika and enjoy!
